Roc was making ~$250k at VT, maybe ~$80k at ECU?

You'd have to think Roc would have his pick of ECU-esque jobs a year from now (likely much better jobs). Why not earn $250k this year, and take the $80k job down the road only if you have to?

I could quit my job and get more job security working as a cashier at Walmart. But job security isn't worth giving up 2/3rds+ of your salary.
