I am kinda surprised that the ACC didn't partner with Raycom back then. The ACC would have gotten its network and Raycom could have taken 1 step closer to playing with the big boys. Even if the network had started out regional, it may have been better than nothing. Plus, if the ACC decided to not renew its ACCN partnership with Raycom, then it could have made the transition to another partner that much easier because a lot of things could have already been in place.
