Football recruiting and basketball recruiting are way different...


Football leans more on film and campus visits (camps) for recruiting...basketball leans hard in April and July, actually being on the road and seeing the players play.

With football, you can have a ton of non-assistant staff members watch film and break it down for the other guys to watch, but basketball coaches still need to get out and see a kid in July/April

Buzz needs to fill his staff with recruiters, and use the operations roles and video positions for strategy and day to day operations. Which he has done for the most part
