I would prefer a "system" coach as opposed to a motivator or recruiter

I think, for VT to be successful long term, the head coach needs someone with a philosophy the program/school/fan base can rally around. Will need to be fun to watch, efficient and part of one voice.

Preferably a younger coach who can relate to students and closer alumni to fill the seats

Some names I would watch as they grow

Pat Kelsey, Winthrop
Steve Prohm, Iowa State
Steve Wojciechowski, Marquette
Jamion Christian, Siena
Mike Rhoades, VCU

Out of those, I'd really like Steve Prohm. He has a good system, gets players to come to places top talent normally doesn't go to, and he's a decently young guy at 45.
