Those guys are probably riding $10K+ bikes

I've ridden a "high end" (not quite that high end) bike one of my buds built, and that was the best bike I've ever pedaled. It was amazing.

Those bikes are "purpose built" for downhill runs. But you need a fearless guy to drive it down the hill.
