For 3 or 4 4 million a year you can find a great coach- Maybe Buzz is just

planning to retire soon. Maybe he is not planning on coaching any where in the not to distant future. How do any of us know. He has stated that he will not coach forever. I do wonder why his long time mentor would go to ECU and not just go with Buzz to the next stop if that is what Buzz plans to do. I think Buzz is more likely to hang it up and do something other than basketball.
