Buzz has done a good job for sure, and the visibility of the program has grown dramatically and positively but if he's not committed to VT then he needs to go.

I may be one of the few to say and think this, but I think Buzz isn't going to get it done - and I mean getting VT to the top 3-4 ACC basketball schools consistently - at VT. He has a TOUGH road to hoe to do that, but IMHO his recruiting, while good..is not great, and the signs are that it's not going to get better. A lot of posters will disagree with me on this one too, but until he gets some quality big men, he's not going to break through the "average" of an ACC basketball program,,and he's shown zero ability to do that IMHO.
