Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. Her recovery was incredible. After 3 days in the ICU she was released to come home. The Dr. and ICU nurses say that's the fastest they've let someone come home after that type of surgery. The surgery went even better than hoped. They were able to straighten her spine more than they hoped, they had no problems avoiding the many cysts she has on her spine, and there was very little blood loss (so no drains were needed with her incisions).
I'm attempting (once again.....and probably unsuccessfully again) to attach some pictures of right after surgery, her spine before and after, and her resting today.
