Oh, I see..so the HC is just a subset of the whole school's giving program.


That would explain its inefficiency and lack of modern marketing. The HC stinks at small donor relations and outreach, everyone knows this yet nothing gets done about it. Maybe they are too busy debating personal pronoun preferences to take marketing classes :P
