Yes, the BBQ scene here is quite amazing.

You are 100% correct on the Hometeam wings. I can't get enough of them when I go. And yes, Rodney Scott's place, and Lewis BBQ are both great locations for some of the best smoked bbq around.
Been to Leon's as well, as long as you don't mind waiting, the food there is superb as well.

Oh, and Harold's Cabin is a good foodie place to go. Bill Murray is part owner of this establishment.

Highly recommend Two Blokes Brewing, Holy City Brewery, Westbrook, among others for local beers. Two Blokes and Westbrook are down the street from my house, and have some good rotating taps.
