Inside scoop....

Isaiah: Hebrew prophet mainly to Judea and Israel. Lived in the 8th century B.C., possible cousin of Judean King Uzziah. Served as HPIC (Head Prophet In Charge) during the reigns of four kings of Judah—Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah. Authored the eponymous "Book of Isaiah" (alt: "Isaiah: The Definitive Collection"). Sadly, "Isaiah Unplugged" was never released b/c Brian Eno had not yet been born. Greatest hit: Isaiah 53.

Was one of the most chill of Judah's prophets......more Edge, less Bono. Unfortunately, Jewish tradition says he was killed by being sawn in two by King Manasseh ("Manassah" in Hebrew, loosely translated, means "Frank Burns"* ++).

*For you young 'uns, FB is a character from the 70's monster show M*A*S*H.
++ Larry Linville; the actor who played Frank Burns, actually spoke at Tech as a guest lecturer in the 80's.
