Support staff don’t count as football staff . They are research specialists doing demographics studies . It’s like Saban hiring ex coaches as offense analyst to him. Wink wink they are not coaches . They push it to the extreme and expect clemson doing the same.
I frankly think this questions if this is a school or professional sports team just like the nfl. But u cannot regulate this. I do think if vt might want to increase numbers of geets doing just research so coaches can target candidates to put on the charm..
