has done a very good job in 2 seasons with the puzzle pieces he inherited. I think year 3 and 4 will be the tale of the tape on just how good he is along with 4 years in the Coach Fu system under one OL coach and not the Newsome, Grimey, Searels trifecta. I think Grimey's Fab 4 or 5 was more hype than what resulted. I DO like the OL recruits coming in like Pritchard commit yesterday so to me that indicates kids connected with their future position coach. Overall, I guess the jury is still out on the Vice Squad; more of a we will see. I would like to see some semblance of an OL unit with grit, physicality, and an edge derermined to move people off the LOS. A group of Jim Pynes, Jake Groves, Washington brothers, Dinapoli, Lehrs, Kadelas, Montgomerys, Teller types. Moving, protecting and imposing will, taking over games against equal or better opponents. THAT to me is when we will know the VT OL is back.
