Actually, that league is thriving right now.

When it comes to payouts, they are clearly ahead of the Pac12 of ACC. WVU brings in more money than all but 2 ACC teams for comparisons sake. Their big dogs can financially compete with the elite from the SEC and B1G too. Oklahoma's loving not having to share its tier three content revenue with Iowa State.

Look forward to a Sugar Bowl spot that pays $40 million to be divided amongst its 10 teams. Meanwhile, the ACC has an Orange Bowl spot that pays $27 million and it's divided amongst 14 teams.

Football is as good as the ACC, especially considering there's only 10 teams. Their bball is great too.
