I would speculate that CJF and his family are set up for a long run at VT

Maybe even longer than 10 years. The best years for VT football are still in the very near and distant future. He's 19-8 in TWO years, averaging 9.5 wins and 4 losses, 70% win percentage. 11-5 two year ACC conference record, played for the ACC Championship 1st year, runner up second, ACC Coach of Year in 2016. VT finished in top 25 both seasons. All of this is still without a full 4 year recruiting cycle of "his" recruits! 2020, 2021, and beyond will be the true tale of the tape also coinciding with facility upgrades in the Student Athlete Performance Center, Merryman renovations, and weight room, etc... All this combined with Whit Babcock as his boss, a king's salary, family atmoshphere in Blacksburg for his girls to grow up, and a program that can and will compete at the championship level... I think he stays a good while like Gary Patterson his mentor at TCU. Just my 2 cents.
