My older brother 15 years ago who was 49 at the time had a heart attack while eating breakfast. He drove himself to the hospital STILL eating the bacon along the way. When he entered the emergency room he collapsed and they had to use a defibrillator to revive him. At least he finally stopped smoking cigarettes.
