If Tinch isn't pitching coach,

I think she would make a great Director of Ops. I think Gillis is likely coming which means Tinch is out; but regardless we will know very soon. I think she would perform well as Dir of Ops and could still serve as one of the key faces of VT Softball. If needed, she could augment her salary with private lessons, etc and still make a good living in Blacksburg. Just a thought...
