Do you actually have a physical office in your house?

I WFH for 10 years and had no trouble. I had my office with a door on it. I went in there at 8 am, came out at noon for lunch, went back in at 1:00 and worked until I had to run out the door to get my kids to activities. I have learned to not check work email after 7:30 or so because if I saw something that I couldn't do anything about until the next day I wouldn't sleep.

WFH is a great gig and it's the future. Most of my high tech clients have big parts of their workforce, especially sales, at home. It saves on office space and expenses. I think you should do everything you can to adjust to it. Maybe schedule some activity at quitting time that forces you to stop. Close the door to your office, or get one if you don't have an office with a door. Definitely don't work in the family room, kitchen or bedroom.
