boy yesterday to go with the crabs we had for a fathers day party we threw. That thing cooked forever and the damn thermometer would not get above 105, it drove me nuts. That bird was scorched on the outside and rare inside, or so I thought. Turns out I'm a complete moron and didn't realize that the new digital meat thermometer I had was set to Celsius and not Fahrenheit. That thing was good enough to go right in the trash can. Go Me!
