SEC culture, very tactical no strategic management of programs

Every action just to beat Alabama, that's it and only it..... What a waste of money.........

The leadership of these schools have programs that are out of control, and not focused on total athletic program success. If they have sold foundation, they can be positioned for long -term success. Firing coaches every 4-5 years, just because you cant beat Alabama is not a roadmap for success.
