Tony Carr will be trying to cause problems in the NBA.


Also, Watkins missed March, but was available the vast majority of the time while they underachieved in trying to build their resume (I think he missed a game and a half). I won't count them out from possibly being top 75, especially if the Big 10+ has a better year overall, but they'll need to catch lightning in a bottle to be under at-large this season. Last season was a year that their talent should've gotten them in, but they didn't play up to it for most of the year (except against Ohio State). The good news is that IF they can be top 75 RPI this year (a big if since they barely got to that area last year with better talent), a road win against them would be a tier 1 win for the resume. It's likely to be at least tier 2, assuming the Big 10+ doesn't struggle as much in non-conference. We're fortunate, from an RPI perspective, that it's a road game, since it would probably be tier 3 if in Blacksburg.
