I think actually acc understands it very well ..this is logic of Notre Dame partnership as well throwing out discussions of Texas ..

Think va schools are ok especially if amazon East is located on northern va/ dc area and potential Apple 2 center 20k folks on nova..also vt university is forgoing lots of r&d partnership with major corporations some with creating cyber center of expertise and data analytics with potential of new campus in nova. All targeted with expanded university with national footprint
