Now, the thing is complicated

first stage facilities and infrastructure
1; the ESPN studio and each site most have studio, equipment fiber cables at all venues all installed, and staffed with trained studio engineers, writers and technicians (VT plans to have a staff of 100, (include students)
2. the integrated studios in each campus, have to be operated as a network, so, testing has to be done, to ensure the product is seamless, no loss of quality in accordance with ESPN standards
3. Each site has to be tested with venues to see how they plan to broadcast an event.
4. Each site has to be prepared with media content, (ACC schools must deliver content, during dead periods).
5. Then, they will be ready for 2019.

Im sure ESPN HQ already have the studio configured. As studios come on line, they will be tested, and sample product through ESPN3/ACC online will be tested. I Expect the big tests will be during spring sports.

Its alot of work
