Reed-Francois is a relatively young AD...


It will be difficult to predict how effective she'll really be for a few more years. I will say she is a UCLA gal and that may help with future PAC ties. However, none of it matters without Len Jessup's say. He is the one with the power to ultimately make any conference affiliation decisions.

Desiree's and Len's jobs might get easier with the Raiders coming to town. A nice pro-style venue makes having a PAC v B1G early season game very appealing and not having a PAC school in the state of Nevada would be somewhat awkward.
