ACC revenue up 12% in 2016-17, but lag other P5

Per member payout range from Clemson at $30.8 to Syracuse at $25.3 with average of $26.6. These are behind the other conferences with Networks and Big XII who is still paying 10 members out of a pot designed for 12.

The ACC Channel can't get here soon enough. The 2017-18 numbers should be higher than these, but will still lag without a Channel.
