Absolutely spot on! my son is now walking around 130lbs after...

winning the state title for Christiansburg at 113lbs this season

he has lifting and strength goals all offseason to enjoy being a kid

if he makes 138-140lbs and appropriate strength numbers by this fall (he will wrestle 126lbs next season)

if he hits labor day 130-138lbs and matching strength numbers (he will wrestle 120lbs next season)

this past season he "walked around" at 122-125 and wrestled 113lbs*
*national level tournaments
*state title
*very competitive high school program

he is a kid thats projecting to be a 125/133lber in college
