I have no inside info, but ...


Ty Mitch wrestled at 125 pounds during the 2011-2012 season, while Jarrod Garnett was redshirting. Garnett was an AA at 125 in 2012-2013, and then Joey Dance took over in 2013-2014. So it's possible that there just wasn't a spot for Ty.
