Jennifer is the head coach, her husband Patrick is the associate head coach. They have been steamrolling the Northeast Conference for the last few years. They haven't broken through in the NCAA's to win a regional, but have won some games and been very competitive with the powerhouses. I still think recruiting the very best in the northeast would be a better strategy than going after the middle of the road players in the south. The great players in the south are not going to come play in frigid Blacksburg, but to someone from MD, DE, PA, or NJ, VT is SOUTH!

I can tell you that there are plenty of good players up north that would absolutely love to come play in the ACC at VT. The current SFU roster has one player from VA and one from LA. The rest are northerners.
