Except the Atlantic 10 may dictate the match ups between the conferences

So it is possible that Duke, Louisville, UNC, and UVA could end up paired with St. Bonaventure, Duquesne, St. Louis, La Salle, or Fordham. I am not sure how much "regional interest" there would be in any of those pairings. If there was an ACC-Atlantic 10 Challenge, then I suspect only a few match ups would be compelling from a regional interest standpoint since the majority of teams from the ACC are located south of the VA-NC border and the majority of Atlantic 10 teams are from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Region. Also, it may not help that majority of the Atlantic 10 schools are private (I think at least 9).
