There's some guys, you watch them play in a scrimmage against equal competition, and you can just instantly tell they have the "it" factor. Williams and Wilson were the last 2 at the RB positions who you could tell in the first 10 minutes of watching them play, that they were for real. First time I got to see Kendall Fuller at an open practice, same thing. Could a guy like Patterson become one of those "the truth" guys at QB? Maybe. Looks like we're still waiting on that for RB for at least another year or two, though.
