he was hired in November 2015 and so 2016 was just saving the recruits we had from going elsewhere. 2017 was recruiting need and building relationships. 2018 is more of 2017. 2019 is really where Fuente and the staff should shine because they will be in Year 4 (3).

I am curious how much of the recent staff loss will impact recruiting, he got along well with a lot of recruits.
