Question for the hitech folks


I am getting a proxy server error on my desktop on a lot of sites. If I click on a saved favorite link it generally will give that error message. IF i type the url in and enter I can reach some sites. I can access Subscriber board and this board from home page, but receive error on Recruiting board. Can't access ESPN or NBC Sports. I was fine through Monday night. Then had a Windows 10 update as I logged off. When problem started occurring yesterday, I went back and uninstalled update but still no joy. Any ideas? BTW ran a full virus scan and nothing found. Any suggestions appreciated.
