Yep, they either can't meet their debt obligations or their suppliers are


so stretched that they refuse to ship anything unless pre-paid for it, both of those will usually mean a chapter 11 filing which stops actions on all invoice received prior to the filing date and the company can move forward. If it is a big disaster and there is no saving it they go to liquidation (Toys r us)
