What I was more or less commenting on was the notion that kids being recruited like the changing uniforms with the change of the wind, or changing uniform colors because of a change in the mood. That doing that made the top recruits interested in coming to VT, because, don't you know, wearing maroon jerseys and white pants at home games bored them, and so they would go else where.

If that were that was a real thing, then PSU, no matter how good they are, no matter how big time they are, then they couldn't sign today's modern recruits because their plain, base uniform hasn't changed in half a century or more.
