Eh... comparing a random act of violence to allowing a sexual predator to
thrive for years because of systemic failures and organizational corruption is a stretch at best. Virginia Tech had something bad happen one time. Penn State enabled something bad to happen for decades. Maybe if there had been a serial killer employed by VT and they'd covered for him for years allowing him to continue to kill then you might be able to draw a parallel. I'm not saying Penn State should be "burned to the ground" but they got off extremely light all things considered and I don't blame people for being angry about that.
