Since he is from NOVA, I kinda disagree about the local media


when you consider a lot of the "local media" are physically located in either DC or MD. At least it seems like if a HS recruit from the DMV decides to attend college in the DMV, then he will still receive local media coverage regardless if he crossed state/city lines to attend college.
