If by "creative" you mean great negotiating, then yes.


Large chunk of their money comes from arena deal with city of Louisville. I think the school gets a crazy % of ticket/food/event sales?

Certainly won't defend UL and Athletic Department -- but if the city agrees to a lopsided deal, was UL supposed to say no?
