Civil/Structural Engineer types... weigh in on this situation


This is the bridge I use to get to work, and is also used a lot by the short-haul container trucks that service the largest port in the Charleston area.
From what I have been told, best case scenario, it will take 1 week to be fixed.... worst case, 8 weeks. And all of the cables underneath the roadway were either replaced, or had maintenance done just last year.
