Main cog in hiring Smart? You mean Smart had to be convinced to take


that job and she pulled it off? Smart wanted that job so bad they probably could have gotten him for a lot less but can't afford to look that cheap. She may understand infrastructure but can she understand what's inside the hearts and heads of the the typical UVa fan?
