Scot changed pitchers in that situation versus Liberty last month

Brought in Dail with the bases loaded and a 3-1 lead. The first batter hits a grand slam and we lose 6-3. That was against Liberty - not the #2 seed in the ACC tourney.

I will admit that I also initially thought he should make the change when Eberle got into trouble in the 7th, but like Scot, I would have stayed with Carrie - and I would also be wrong.

Now if you want to argue that we should have brought in Dail to start the 7th, I won't debate that with you, but with bases loaded, I would not have gone to a pitcher that has shown control issues throughout the year.
