Question about Tech's 14 game win streak over Virginia

I was watching the 2007 Tech/Virginia game on UTube. Virginia scored with 6:35 left in the first half to go ahead 14-13. The announcer said it was the first time Virginia had lead in the series since 2004.

That got me to thinking...in the 14 game streak, how many minutes has Virginia led, i.e., in 840 minutes of play how many minutes has Virginia lead Tech in points scored in any of the games?

In that 2007 game Tech scored with 12 seconds left in the first half to retake the lead. So Virginia led 6 minutes and 23 seconds total from 2005 through 2007 , or 6:23 out of 180 minutes. I don't know how much of the 2004 game they led.

There have been at least 2 shutouts we have laid on them. Some big lickings, too...like a couple years ago we beat them 52-10. I think there were a couple of close games, too, in which the Hoovers might have lead for a short period of time.

Anyone want to tackle this one? Not too hard to figure out if you can get box scores to look at.

I'll bet Virginia has not led over 50 minutes out of 840 in our 14 game win streak.

I remember during our 1999 undefeated season (not including the half ass u MNC game) we were behind a total of 6 minutes and change out of the 660 minute regular season. Pretty remarkable, and sweet, too.
