He wouldn't pick a VT walk-on offer over a scholarship offer.


I'm not even sure that Terry is a VT fan. Just because somebody lives in Bburg doesn't mean they are a VT fan. There are a lot of WVU fans in the area, for example.

Besides, considering the cost of tuition these days, turning down a scholarship to walk-on somewhere just doesn't make sense, especially if you have no emotional ties to the school.
