Has he taken a team with a definite long time history of mediocrity and

losing and turned it into a definite winner? It's a different skill set that not everyone possesses and I'm not certain Bronco has ever done it before. Developing a program is not the same as maintaining a program.
You even said it yourself - "it's not like he's never done this kind of work at a historically good D1 program" Newsflash - Bronco is not at a historically good D1 program right now. He's trying to make it into one. That's what he's never done before to my knowledge.
