Except Baylor could be left without a power conference home

if the Big XII were to break up. The ACC may be the only power conference that would consider adding Baylor and even that may be a stretch at best. What makes Rhule decision even more surprising is that he was born in NYC and graduated from Penn State, so I don't think he has any connection to Baylor or the state of Texas.
