Lately ACC coaching jobs have become really good jobs. We don't have many coaches leaving. The only exception I can remember lately was Jimbo Fisher. But he got himself in hot water at FSU with a bad season, and Texas A&M offered him a fortune.

Years ago Texas took Mac Brown, but the ACC has progressed substantially since then. And Pittsburgh has had coaches leave for Arizona State and Wisconsin. But they are relatively new to the ACC. They would need to build up to pay them too just as Temple would. I was surprised Matt Rhule left Temple. He was doing pretty well there. But the Big XII is an upward step.
