And granting entry to a team like UCF could set a really bad precedent (ie: there's no reason for anyone to challenge themselves on the schedule.... if you play in a weak league and play a weak OOC schedule, all you have to do is win those games and boom, you're golden... no incentive to challenge yourself).

Now, if (when) the playoff expands to 8, I'd be more open to the idea of including UCF. If they can run a three game gauntlet against the best teams in the country in that scenario, they will have truly earned the national title.
