How many 4/5 star guys play against


This lower level of competition? I have no idea what the answer is but if there are similar guys with lesser speed / hs performance rated higher then you could argue the racial component might factor in. But the truth is when the #1 pick in the NFL draft is a former walk on you realize recruiting is pretty far from an exact science
