He's a terrible defender who may actually be worse now. But I would still rather have him than not, especially now when most of the best transfers have been gobbled up. And he could help us next year, when we should be all in. I'm worried about 2019-20 as well, but a transfer that has to sit out isn't helping us next year.

I would rather have Outlaw and mix/match him against the right opponents and have him in the right personnel groupings to hide his weaknesses as much as possible.
