eliminate it for any other purpose than to show that his sample size is so small that his 3PT performance is entirely dominated by a single 8 game streak. This is a pretty obvious sign that his sample size is not significant enough to establish a stable projection of shooting percentage... hence the uncertainty about what to expect going forward. I think there are other reasons to suspect that he is a better shooter than his first 55 games, but it won’t surprise me one bit if his 3PT percentage this year isn’t the best on the team.
