Sigh

I'm not saying that he can't improve. I said, based on his play last year, and what we could see when he was healthy and when he was injured, there wasn't much if any improvement during the year, and he MAY be, MAY MAY MAY MAY be, as good as he is going to get. JJ may be a smart QB who can manage a game and not make mistakes but who cannot actually win many games like a QB with a stronger arm/more nerve/swaggering confidence. I'm fully aware that this type of QB may make more mistakes, i.e. throws INTs. I'm familiar with Brett Farve. But this type of QB also *wins* a lot of games, due to who he is and how he plays. Trent Dilfer won a SB. So did Farve. Neither is bad. I'm simply pointing out what we saw with JJ last season, IMO, and drawing some possible conclusions, while acknowledging that JJ can prove me and others wrong still. I didn't insult your momma, for pete's sake.
